The “BMW of Fresno” motorcycle Dealership is a full design-build project that combined the use of steel panel, plaster and high efficiency glass exterior finishes over a 15,000 square foot steel structure. The facility is further augmented with ultra modern interior finishes including stainless steel cabinet work, ultra high efficiency LED lighting and polyesther epoxy resin floor coatings.

Fortune-Ratliff constructed this Spanish Stlye Corporate Office and Cold Storage facility in Santa Maria, CA. The cold storage/shipping facility is a 90,000 sf. concrete tilt-building and the corporate office is 10,000 sf. two story wood framed, plaster tile roof seperate building.
All 102 guest rooms, located 100-200 yards from the main lodge building, feature Mission-style furnishings, private baths, televisions, telephones with computer data ports, hair dryers, coffee makers, iron/boards, mini refrigerators, ski racks, central heat, and daily maid service.
Fortune-Ratliff constructed six major phases of construction on two site for Grunfos Pumps, Inc.. The last four phases at their North American Headquarters state of the art manufacturing facility, sales and corporate offices located in Clovis, California. This facility is located on a 37 acres site. The buildings are constructed of concrete tilt-up walls with steel roof and structural steel frames and glass curtain walls. Total Building Construction 275,000 sf.
Fortune-Ratliff has constructed five RiteAid's; four new buildings and one remodel of an existing building. Construction of exteriors varied from wood frame with single coat hi-tech plaster material, concrete block and wood frame with standard 3-coat plaster system. Each building was approximately 17,000 sf. plus site development.
