The New Nurses Building is a 3,800 SF wood framed building on a existing camp campus owned and operated by Merced County Office of Education located in Fish Camp, Ca. 7 miles from the South Gate of Yosemite National Park. This project also includes associated site work and a new generator metal structure.

New 17,000 SF Metal Building on an existing commercial site for business material storage. Includes associated site, drainage, retaining wall and concrete work.

Private Client, 5 story interior remodel, Fresno CA.

Complete demo of existing rest rooms in a multi-level building for ADA compliance renovations. Also included in the project is a new conference room and a complete building lighting retrofit of over 2,000 fixtures.

National Environmental Science Center, Staff Cabins

Part of a Multi -Phase project, constructing an educational campus within Yosemite National Park, the staff cabins were modular built off site and crane set onto constructed concrete stem wall foundations with all underground utilities in place for final connection.

National Environmental Science Center

Multi Phase project, constructing an educational campus within Yosemite National Park, utilizing heavy timber framing, high end finishes and sophisticated HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Current buildings complete are a maintenance building, dining hall, bath house, and two student cabins.
