Fortune-Ratliff has constructed five Rite Aid’s; four new buildings and one remodel of an existing building. Construction of exteriors varied from wood frame with single coat hi-tech plaster material, concrete block and wood frame with standard 3-coat plaster system. Each building was approximately 17,000 sf. plus site development.

Spanish Style Corporate Office and Cold Storage facility in Santa Maria, CA. The cold storage/shipping facility is a 90,000 sf. concrete tilt-building and the corporate office is 10,000 sf. two story wood framed, plaster tile roof separate building.

A 30,000 sf. addition to the cold storage facility and a corporate office expansion. Also constructed the initial site development work consisting of underground utilities, road way, street lights, cubs, gutters and landscaping.

Remodel of 52 rooms in five different buildings for  the Yosemite Lodge in Yosemite Valley, Yosemite National Park.
