| Description: | The “BMW of Fresno” motorcycle Dealership is a full design-build project that combined the use of steel panel, plaster and high efficiency glass exterior finishes over a 15,000 square foot steel structure. The facility is further augmented with ultra modern interior finishes including stainless steel cabinet work, ultra high efficiency LED lighting and polyesther epoxy resin floor coatings.
The project was a fast track schedule that required several challenging deadlines to be met in order achieve financial milestones for the owner. BMW Corporate construction standards for these dealerships are strictly regimented but because of the level of quality and ingenuity that went into this model dealership, BMW Corporate allowed the use of unique finishes that varied from corporate policy and created this “Business Professional” facility. |
