The cold storage/shipping facility is a 90,000 sf. concrete tilt-building and the corporate office is 10,000 sf. two story wood framed, plaster tile roof seperate building. Since, the original construction Fortune-Ratliff has completed a 30,000 sf. addition to the cold storage facility and a corporte office expansion. Under a seperate contract Fortune-Ratliff also constructed the initial site development work consisting of underground utilities, road way, street lights, cubs, gutters and landscaping. |
