Fortune-Ratliff has completed four major distribution center projects for Coca Cola, consisting of two addition/remodels and two new facilities. The remodels are located in Las Vegas, NV and Fresno, CA. in both facilities the additions nearly doubled the size of the original facility. The new facilities are located in Santa Maria and Bakersfield California. Construction of these buildings varied from concrete tilt-up to steel building with a hy-brid of tilt-up and steel building on the Bakersfield building. All site improvements including underground utilities, heavy truck paving, loading docks and landscaping were included as part of the work. |
